dance reflection

In case you guys dunno what it is.. it is actually a dance performance (duh!) put up by all the dance groups in nus.. it's cool (especially Ilsa! =P) It doesnt matter if u hate malay dance or wateva coz it's really full of diff genre of dance and we dun have the typical lenggang kangkong malay dance either.. it's the "jump-roll-and-get-hurt" kinda dance..we've worked hard for it.. getting bruised and all.. (as usual)

so ppl.. pls do support us.. or ME!! hehe.. especially you njc dancers!! it's practically what we do so better come ar.. dun gimme the "promos coming" excuse!

quick update of first lecture

i had my first lecture on monday. official lecture, not orientation lectures. it was govt and politics of singapore. i'm glad i took that module as GEM this semester coz i got the lecturer i like. Prof Singh. He's good. straight to the point, a lil' humorous and although the module was kinda scary to me, somehow i feel a lil' confident after attending the first lecture. i think i'll just make it.

anyway there's a freakin whole lot of reading to do. i havent finish this one and i bet there's more for each module. but i will persevere and become a bookworm like i once was abt erm.. 10 years ago? hmm.. but i'm determine to study and not be like i was in my previous years. i have to do my work. i have to read. i have to be a proactive student. i have to study. erm... ok right...

fairus japanese??

ok i didnt actually have the mood to blog.. until i dropped by fairus's site... it took me by surprise.. no not that it's beautiful coz it's not.. in fact it's painful to the eye becoz he had a lime green background with black font and it's tirin to read..but anyways it's becoz i never knew fairus well..he writes poems b4 exams and stuff and it's rather good.. wow.. and yeah sajak.. wow!!!! and the "wowest" thing is.. he is into Japanese stuff.. Dramas, languages... ok lah.. but J-pop/J-rock too!! ok correct me if im wrong.. that is the Fairus Jasmin we knew 6 yrs ago rite? haha..he has evolved... evolution does wonders..hehehe.. sori fairus..
